HOW THE DAY IS RUN SAFELY

To ensure a smooth and safe experience:

  • Experiences are delivered in a hall, classroom space or multi-function room. Some experiences may call for filming to take place in corridors and the playground

  • Activities are carefully structured and clearly explained

  • Pupils will work in small, manageable groups as well as together as a whole class

  • Equipment used is safe, simple, and age-appropriate

We aim to create an environment that is both engaging and well-managed.

To meet safeguarding requirements:

  • A member of school staff must remain present throughout the session

  • Some Mr Movies Experiences require two members of staff

  • Staff support helps with: Behavior management / Group organisation / Individual pupil needs / overseeing the provided class activities when Mr Movies is filming with smaller groups

This ensures the session runs safely and effectively.

INCLUSION & ACCESSIBILITY

Our workshops are designed to be:

  • Inclusive of all abilities

  • Adaptable for different learning needs

  • Supportive of pupils who may be less confident

We are happy to discuss any specific requirements in advance.
